Please read before booking, paying a deposit or purchasing KESS/KTAG products.
A 50% deposit may be accepted for workshop appointment bookings. Deposits secure the booking slot and are deducted from the final balance.
ECU send-in services, file services and KESS/KTAG purchases require full payment unless CRF Tuning confirms otherwise in writing.
Bookings should be changed with reasonable notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in the deposit being retained to cover lost time and administration.
Refunds are reviewed case by case. Once digital work, file modification, diagnostic time, setup work or custom calibration work has started, refunds may be limited or unavailable.
KESS, KTAG and accessory kits are checked before dispatch. Software, setup support and reworked hardware are supplied as described on the product page. Compatibility is the customer's responsibility unless confirmed before purchase.
